For the first week of the school holidays we will meet at Old Parliament House/The Museum of Australian Democracy for their Open Air PlayUP. The regular indoor PlayUp space is still open in case the weather is too hot/cold/rainy. A playgroup for CARMBA families for ages 0-5. Parents, grandparents and other carers/helping hands looking after the kids are all welcome along with any siblings! Multiplay is the place to come to meet other families, and to practice getting out of the house. There is always a friendly face and support on the hard days - from unsettled newborns, the terrible twos, and more rambunctious preschoolers!  We would love to see some new faces - please contact us if you have any questions about attending or if there is anything we can do to support you.

Join us for sensory fun with a Halloween theme! Come along (and dress up if you’d like!) for a morning of sensory play, exploring, catching up with other families and trying out some simple activities you can recreate at home. We’ll have a range of activities set up both indoors and outdoors for little ones of all ages to explore, including: - sensory bags and bottles for little ones to squish and shake - sensory tray with hidden creepy crawlies - playdough - potions station - squishy pumpkin sensory play - colouring in and drawing - balloons and bubbles - and more! Come along, have a play, explore some new activities and enjoy some Halloween fun with our multiples community!

Location TBC New and expectant parents of multiples are invited to attend a free information session to learn more about life with multiple birth children. The New and Expectant Parents' Information Session is a service provided by CARMBA to the community thus membership is not required to attend the event. Topics for discussion include the unique features of pregnancy, birth and feeding multiples, as well as time to answer all your burning questions! If you have a particular topic or question you would like to make sure is covered, please email the committee (committee@carmba.org.au). The information session will be held at (TBC!). Please register for a free ticket to the event!

Join us for a pilates session by Lake Ginenderra followed by a short stroll and brunch at 54 Benjamin. The pilates session will be a chance to slow down, breathe and spend some time checking in with how your body is feeling. There will be options and progressions depending on how your body is feeling on the day. It will be run by Josie who is a physiotherapist so please feel free to reach out to me beforehand if you have any particular injuries or concerns about whether the session is appropriate for you. If pilates isn't for you, feel free to join us at around 9:45/10am at 54 Benjamin. Please get a RSVP if you are coming so we can book a table. Looking forward to seeing you there!
